Multibook Co., Ltd., provider of the global cloud ERP "multibook," announced that Sanyu Industrial Co., Ltd., a specialty trading company in resins, petroleum, and chemicals, has deployed the "multibook Logistics" module at its Italy subsidiary.
Through the deployment, the entire business process -- from orders, shipments, and invoicing to purchase orders, receipts, and supplier invoicing -- is now managed within multibook, achieving an approximately 80% reduction in month-end processing time and eliminating process dependencies on individual staff.
Background
The Italy subsidiary was established in 2021 to support EV adoption and environmental compliance. The previous system lacked foreign currency support, requiring manual currency conversion. Tracking PO processing status was time-consuming and visibility was limited to specific personnel.
Selection Criteria
- Multi-language and multi-currency support as standard features
- Visual PO tracking with flow chart-based progress monitoring
- Cloud-based architecture requiring no local server infrastructure
Results
- Monthly processing reduced from 40 hours to 8 hours
- Average of 6 posting omissions per month reduced to near zero
- Data sharing eliminated individual dependencies, enabling standardized workflows and real-time progress management
Future Outlook
Sanyu Industrial positions multibook as the foundational system for overseas expansion, with plans to leverage it as a shared platform when launching new international operations.
